1. Can I return a product?

Yes, of course. We at have a 14 day money back guarantee that allows our customers to buy with confidence and gives them a fair opportunity to return any of the items purchased. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly exchange or refund the original price.

How does it work?

If you want to return one of the purchased items please follow below mentioned instructions:

a) Notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and inform us about the fault or damage. Send this e-mail to: We will notify to you with the official return postal address.

b) Arrange return of the item to the postal address within 10 days after such notification. Please note you must provide a “proof of purchase,” being either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from relating to your purchase.

How long will it take before I receive my money or replacement back?

Depending on where the items are send from it could take up to 30 days for the items to be sent. Upon inspection we deem the product to be faulty or damaged.
Where an item is found to be faulty we will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.

When the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement shall transfer the money paid for the returned product within 14 days.

In case of an unfortunate faulty article which you want a impeccable replacement for or your money back. We will refund the shipping costs incurred by you to return the items. Please contact us to confirm the way of shipping to avoid high costs.

The returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, not washed, altered or worn, and must include the original packaging and any related accessories. If a returned product doesn’t meet the above mentioned standards, the web shop may refuse the returned product.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by, however, please allow 30 days from the day you return the items for your account to be credited.

2. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

You can either choose to pay by Bank Wire or PayPal. Simply chose your preferred payment option during the check out process.

How does payment by Bank Wire work?
If you chose to pay via Bank Wire, you’ll be sent our bank details to complete the bank transfer (only available for orders within NL). Payments are normally accredited in 24/48 hrs.

How does payment by PayPal work?
f you chose to pay via PayPal, you’ll be re-directed to the safe PayPal gateway where you’ll be able to complete the payment.

Is it safe to make credit card payments online?
All payments made in the web shop are processed by the PayPal & Moneybookers Gateway which is highly reliable and secure. Your personal information is encrypted and securely processed without you leaving the security of our website.

Can I Pay For My Order Upon Delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer payment upon delivery as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. As such full payment is required before your order is dispatched.

3. How do I sign up for the newsletter?

At the bottom of the homepage you can fill in your e-mail address in the newsletter sign-up space and click subscribe. After that you’ll receive an e-mail with an activation link that you need to confirm within 30 days. For the purposes of purchasing one of the items you may be supplied with a user name and password. You are responsible for the security of any password and login information. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of any misuse of your password and login information by a third party.
