Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Times

In‑stock items: ship within 2–3 business days.
Custom & engraved pieces: ship within 5–7 business days.
Fully customized backgammon boards: may take up to 3–4 weeks.

Note: During peak periods, production may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you informed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are final sale.

Shipping Costs & Restocking

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless due to our error).
We recommend using a trackable and insured service — we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply in certain cases.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@bosbackgammon.com. Once approved, we will provide:

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
The correct return address based on your region
Return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us right away with a photo and description of the issue.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
